Troubleshoot yourself.

Sometimes we are plagued with a cloud that hangs over us, preventing us from seizing the day.  I am continually reminded that it doesn't have to be that way.  We should run our troubleshooting program to see what's up and to then fix it.  

The problem is, we think our problems are more complex.  More legitimate.  We tend to think that complex problems and legitimate problems in this arena are synonymous.  They are not.  

Sometimes when we are experiencing that cloud hovering over us, we simply need more carbs.  Or more caffeine.  Or water/vitamins/sun/fresh air/solitude/moment to breathe/tea/a hug/an uplifting word.

Some of the worst problems are solved with the simplest solutions.  It just takes a short troubleshoot session.
