Don't Forget Your Customers

It's always great to know what's going on from an overhead perspective, but not at the cost of paying attention to detail.  It's something that's easy to forget when we are pushing for growth.  The thing is, we fail to see the small opportunities that are right in front of us: a sincere smile with our customer service, washing a client's car after repairing it, getting ahead at a job where overachieving is a four letter word, or taking initiative to do more.

Many problems can be arrive from planning big and executing big.  Just as many problems vanish when we plan small and execute big.

Take care of the customer in front of you so well that they must tell their friends about it.  Be remarkable in the small things.  Once you have solved their problem, find another.  Repeat.

We are all customers.  We are all problem solvers.

You can do no great things. Only small things with great love.
