When we hold fear in our head we tend to make a mess of things.  We turn our fear into a monster that wreaks havoc in our lives.

It's when we take a moment, a step back, and a deep breathe that we realize the fear isn't a monster at all.

The magic happens when we sit next to our fear, like sitting next to a stranger on a park bench.  It's no monster.  It's just there.  It can't touch us because It turns out it's just a mouse.

We become free to go on about our day without fear.

We are untouchable.

It begins with taking a moment to realize that fear exists, and that's ok.  Acknowledge it.  Say "hello fear" and continue to do the thing anyway.

We have nothing to fear.  We are untouchable.
