Clarity to many problems is often just a question away.  The thing is, we need to ask the right questions.

When considering a job we often question benefits, compensation, schedule, and maybe vacation.  What we should be questioning is stress levels, culture, control, work environment, and fit.

After all, life isn't about money.  And it's possible to love your job.  Maybe it's just not a good fit.

It comes down to knowing what we want and what we value.  Sometimes we have to learn the hard way what that is.

Today I'm seeing things more clear than I have in a long time.

Note: intensity is underrated.  Bringing intensity to the table can be a multiplier of force.  For the next week I'll be playing with intensity.  And that begins with a commitment to discipline.  Which means going to bed early.
