10,000 Feet

It's pretty bad outside.  Sideways rain.  It's been raining for what feels like 9 months.  Stressful morning because you woke up late and got "randomly" selected in security.  You get on the plain.  The storm pounds the walls.  Long wait.  Hungry.  Finally take off.  You grab the arm rests because of the turbulence while climbing through the dark storm.  And in less than 10 minutes you're above it all.

Blue sky.  Warm sunshine.  Calm.

No matter how bad the storm gets the blue sky is always there.  Waiting for us to rise up.

We just have to take a moment to open our eyes to the storm, the climb, and the sky.
