What I'm doing now

Right now I'm doing a 30 day challenge for myself and I'm pouring everything into it.  Here's the main points:

  • Get enough sleep (bedtime, no snooze button, positive sleep habits)
  • Meditate everyday (keeping it simple: 5-15 minutes.  set a timer)
  • Simple journaling.  (taking the daily questions from the Five Minute Journal)
  • Training myself 6 days/week (approx 25-45 minutes)
  • Eating real food and practicing mindful eating.
  • Continual learning - taking a book wherever I go to get more reading in.
